Dr. Brandy L. Simula (she/her) (how to pronounce my name) is an award-winning leadership development strategist, consultant, and executive coach with 15+ years’ experience partnering with senior leaders and executives in organizations ranging from hypergrowth start-ups to complex, global Fortune 500s to design and deliver leadership and organizational development strategy and solutions. She is passionate about developing transformational leaders and thriving organizational cultures that drive business growth and human flourishing.

An ICF PCC and BCC certified executive and leadership coach and past member of the Forbes Coaches Council, she writes and speaks frequently on leadership and organizational development, workplace well-being, and career and leadership development. Her thought leadership has been published in national media outlets including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Newsweek, Inside Higher Ed, Women In Higher Education, and others.

Dr. Simula was named a 2024 Emerging Culture Creator in recognition of her contributions to workplace well-being and mental health and a 2020-2022 University System of Georgia Leadership Fellow for her contributions to leadership development.

She earned her PhD from Emory University, where she subsequently held an appointment as a Visiting Professor of Social Psychology. She completed a quadruple major in sociology, history, French, and women’s studies at Appalachian State University, where she held the prestigious Chancellor’s Scholarship.
