Dr. Brandy L. Simula (she/her) (how to pronounce my name) is an award-winning consultant and executive coach with expertise in leadership and executive development, women’s leadership, workplace well-being, and behavioral science. A former professor of sociology and social psychology, she leverages her background in behavioral science to help executives, senior leaders, and organizations implement evidence-based practices that support purpose, productivity, and well-being. Dr. Simula is passionate about helping organizations develop leaders who cultivate people-centric cultures that empower everyone to do purpose-driven, values-aligned, highly productive work while flourishing personally and professionally.
Over the last decade, she has designed, delivered, and evaluated leadership and executive development and coaching programs and provided 1:1 executive and leadership coaching for leaders in Fortune 500s, top-ranked public and private universities, startups, and non-profits.
An ICF PCC and BCC certified executive and leadership coach and past member of the Forbes Coaches Council, she writes and speaks frequently on leadership and organizational development, workplace well-being, and women’s career and leadership development. Dr. Simula has designed and facilitated trainings, workshops, and retreats for audiences of 5-5,000 and engages participants with highly interactive, outcome-oriented applications of cutting-edge research in behavioral science, human performance, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Dr. Simula was named a 2024 Emerging Culture Creator in recognition of her contributions to workplace well-being and mental health and a 2020-2022 University System of Georgia Leadership Fellow for her contributions to leadership development.
